The website presents the Nishimoto Southern Africa regional platform. It is operated in South Africa by EBK Distributors (Pty) Ltd as Nishimoto’s Southern African representative and distribution partner.
3. Information is not an offer
Website content is general information and does not constitute a binding offer, quotation, appointment, warranty or contractual commitment. Product availability, territory rights, specifications, approvals, pack formats, pricing and delivery remain subject to written confirmation and applicable commercial terms.
4. Product and technical use
Users must verify the current product data sheet, safety data sheet, equipment-manufacturer requirements, viscosity grade, specification, compatibility and intended application before selecting or using a lubricant. Website content does not replace competent technical advice, workplace risk assessment or manufacturer instructions.

Unless stated otherwise, the website and its text, graphics, logos, product imagery, catalogues, layouts, databases and campaign materials are protected by intellectual-property law and belong to their respective owners or authorised licensors.
